Registered Veterinary Nurse
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of two years' experience in veterinary nursing and possess excellent customer service and communication skills. A systematic approach to decision-making and effective planning and organization are also required.
Job Description
The surgery boasts state of the art equipment including digital x-ray, ultrasound. We enjoy a varied caseload of small animal work with our team sharing an interest in feline and rabbit medicine, whilst also having the scope to perform additional in-house surgical procedures.

We’re situated in central Paisley allowing for easy access via public transport. We are also surrounded by several fantastic cafes and restaurants as well as Barshaw park where you can enjoy the peace and tranquillity on your lunch break.
Conveniently we are a 20-minute train journey and 30-minute drive from the centre of Glasgow which is known for its colourful character, industrial history and incredible art and music scene.
Full and Part Time Roles available working up to 40 hour per week - Shifts are all on a rota basis with 1 in 4 Saturday mornings (9am to 2pm). Consultations are 20 minutes and are staggered in blocks with hourly catch-up time.
We welcome an RVN that enjoys consulting or has a particular passion for a certain aspect of nursing they would like to bring to the team.
You will have a minimum of two years’ experience of veterinary nursing, excellent customer service and communication skills, be an effective team player, have a systematic approach when making decisions and be able to carry out the role effectively with planning and organisation.
