Recruitment Consultant (360) – Relocate to Singapore!

Renewable energy experience is not required.

The Opportunity

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of the full recruitment lifecycle, including:

  • Business development and client acquisition
  • Building and managing long-term client relationships
  • Identifying and engaging high-calibre candidates across global energy markets
  • Managing recruitment processes from initial briefing through to placement
  • Conducting market mapping and talent intelligence projects
  • Negotiating offers and managing the closing process
  • Developing your own specialist market and client portfolio
  • Contributing to the continued growth of the Singapore business
  • You will have the autonomy to build your desk while receiving support, training, and mentorship from experienced industry specialists.


Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in a 360 recruitment role
  • Proven track record of billing and business development
  • Minimum 2:1 classification from a Russel Group University
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Commercial mindset and entrepreneurial attitude
  • Highly motivated, ambitious, and target-driven
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to relocate to Singapore
  • Prior renewable energy recruitment experience is not required.
