Index Ventures backed Revolut. Now they're backing this. A fast-scaling London AI Automation startup, exceptionally well-funded off a huge recent Series A, is hiring multiple Full-Stack Engineers (Mid and Senior) — TypeScript / NextJS / NestJS.

✅ The Role

  • Take problems from start to finish - speak to users, work out what matters, then design, build, ship, and measure
  • 90% Greenfield Development
  • Create systems that turn voice notes, photos, and video into polished reports, quietly and reliably
  • Architect how they supply context to AI models: storing, retrieving, and choosing the right standards, reports, media, and user intent
  • Push workflow builder forward,picture Retool x Webflow x n8n, purpose-built for inspections
  • Shape the architecture: how unstructured data moves through the system, how AI plugs in, how offline and online stay in sync, and how the product stays simple as it grows more capable


🎯 What We're Looking For

  • 4–8 years shipping features in full-stack roles, ideally across TypeScript, NextJS, and NestJS
  • You've come up through high-calibre engineering teams — either a fast-moving startup or a big-tech company known for a high bar on talent
  • Direct experience building products in a high-growth environment, moving with speed and autonomy
  • You've built things from zero, not just maintained systems someone else designed
  • Strong technical foundations, ideally from a top university (Cambridge, Oxford, Imperial, UCL, IIT etc.)
  • Founding experience — a 0-to-1 product you helped build that actually generated revenue
  • Based in London and genuinely keen to be in the office five days a week
