Job Description
Axiom Recruit is partnering with a Y Combinator funded AI Debt Claims tech company that is redefining how complex operational workflows and insurance operations are automated with AI. Already trusted by major enterprise customers, they’re scaling rapidly and seeking exceptional ML Engineers to join their London team.
This is a strong opportunity to own and deploy real AI systems in production not just experimentation. Work with founders who sold 2 companies before
What You’ll be doing
- Design, build, and deploy scalable machine learning systems
- Develop LLM-powered workflows and intelligent automation pipelines
- Translate real-world business processes into AI-driven solutions
- Work cross-functionally with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Contribute to system architecture and engineering best practices
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years’ experience in Machine Learning / AI Engineering
- Proven track record of shipping ML models into production
- Hands-on experience with LLMs / NLP / deep learning
- Strong coding skills in Python
- Experience in startup, scale-up, or high-performance teams
- Experience building 0→1 products
