📍 Location: London, UK (On-Site/ Five Days per week)
💼 Employment Type: Full-Time
💰 Salary: £90,000+Base with Competitive Equity

What You'll Be Doing
✅ Build and deploy AI-driven solutions in production environments
✅ Design machine learning models that improve decision-making, speed, and accuracy

✅ Work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities
✅ Develop and optimize NLP and LLM-based solutions

What We're Looking For
Experience
- 2–7 years of applied Machine Learning experience
- Experience shipping ML products into production
- Proven ability to build and iterate quickly in startup or fast-paced environments
- Background in high-growth startups, AI companies, big tech, or hyperscalers is highly preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong foundation in Machine Learning and Data Science
- Experience with NLP, Deep Learning, and Generative AI
- Knowledge of LLM-powered applications and intelligent automation
- Strong Python skills for ML development and experimentation
- Familiarity with production AI systems and scalable deployments
