The Role

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on IT Manager to take ownership of the IT function across our growing international business.


Please note: this is a fully onsite role based in Dubai; however, we are open to supporting relocation for the right candidate.


As a company with multiple offices globally and continued international expansion, both office-based and remote, this role will be central to ensuring our technology, systems, and infrastructure remain efficient, secure, and scalable. You will work closely with leadership, HR, and the wider business, acting as the go-to person for IT operations, support, and continuous improvement.

This is a broad, high-ownership role suited to someone who enjoys variety, solving problems, improving and implementing processes, and building systems that support a growing global organisation.


What You’ll Be Doing:


IT Operations & Support

  • Oversee day-to-day IT operations across multiple offices and remote teams.
  • Provide technical support across laptops, desktops, printers, networks, and user devices.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity, and general IT issues.
  • Maintain Microsoft environments, business applications, and core infrastructure.
  • Own and support the CRM system, including user access, data integrity, performance, and ongoing system improvements.


Systems, Access & Infrastructure

  • Manage user accounts, permissions, software licensing, and device inventories.
  • Support CRM systems, data management, and wider operational technology.
  • Work closely with external vendors and service providers where required.


Process, Governance & Scalability

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve IT policies, procedures, and operational standards across the business.
  • Create and maintain scalable onboarding and offboarding processes covering access management, device allocation, and user provisioning.
  • Support IT security, governance, access controls, and risk management initiatives.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, scalability, and user experience across systems.


Business Partnership

  • Partner with leadership to identify and implement technology initiatives that support business growth, operational efficiency, and future expansion.
  • Support new office setups, system requirements, and cross-functional operational needs.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or IT management within a business environment
  • Strong hands-on troubleshooting across hardware, software, networks, and core business systems
  • Solid experience with Microsoft environments, user access management, and IT infrastructure
  • Experience supporting multi-office or distributed teams is highly advantageous
  • Understanding of IT security, governance, access controls, and best practice IT processes
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership
  • Comfortable working closely with leadership in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
