Job Description
🚀 About Borderless
Borderless is simplifying the complexity of global immigration, starting with the UK.
Immigration is one of the most important - and most broken - systems in the global economy. It’s shaped human history, yet businesses and individuals hit friction at every turn, and government policy lurches with the political cycle.
Our vision is simple: a world where borders are no longer barriers, empowering the ambitious, wherever they are.
Backed by Entrepreneur First and Backed.VC, we’re already supporting 600+ businesses, 15,000+ workers and scaling fast into new sectors and markets.
Around 25% of our workforce is sponsored, and we proudly offer visa sponsorship as part of our hiring process.
🎯 Role: Immigration Case Worker
We’re growing fast, and with that growth comes the need for more sharp, detail-oriented professionals to help power our mission. As an Immigration Caseworker, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Immigration Advisors by managing core casework that ensures efficient, high-quality visa submissions and sponsorship applications.
You’ll be part of a high-performing team and work cross-functionally with CSMs, Ops, Support, and Product to keep our customer journeys seamless and compliant.
🛠️ What You’ll Be Doing
Draft accurate and efficient casework for immigration submissions
Ensure high standards in application quality and turnaround time
Track submission metrics such as approvals vs. rejections
Use our Borderless platform
Collaborate with key teams across the business to resolve blockers and improve workflows
✅ You Should Apply If
You have great attention to detail and consistently catch small errors others miss
You thrive in fast-paced environments and can work quickly without sacrificing accuracy
You’re a problem-solver who spots inefficiencies and proposes practical improvements
You can prioritise competing tasks and manage your time independently
You’re comfortable communicating complex topics simply and clearly
