Head of Sales, QuickSpares, Dubai (relocation funded)

QuickSpares is a fast-growing aviation parts business in Dubai. We supply airlines, MRO providers, and OEMs across 90+ countries, and we are expanding into stockholding, teardown, and rotables.

We have tripled in size and built a hungry 13-person commercial team across business development and inside sales. Now we are bringing in a dedicated Head of Sales to back that team, sharpen how we sell, and convert more of the strong demand already coming through the door.

This is a sales leadership role, not a subject-matter seat. You are here to lead, coach, and bring structure, not to be the aviation expert. You will report to the CEO and work alongside our Business Development Director.

What you will do:

• Lead and develop a team of 13 BDMs and inside sales reps;
• Build the pipeline discipline and weekly operating cadence: 1:1s, pipeline reviews, a monthly sales plan;
• Add proactive selling and sharper qualification on top of strong inbound demand;
• Coach people up, raise the bar, and lift conversion on the deals already flowing;
• Use AI and modern tooling to make the team faster

What we are looking for:

• Proven sales team leadership, you have led a team and lifted its performance;
• Commercial growth you can point to: revenue, gross profit, or margin;
• Aviation parts, MRO, or aftermarket experience is a strong plus, but an exceptional sales leader from another high-velocity distribution sector will be considered;
• Open to relocating to Dubai (full relocation package supported)
