Graduate Associate (Executive Search) with Languages – London

You will not be sitting on the sidelines. You will be involved in live projects early, speaking to senior professionals and building real market insight from day one.


What you will be doing

  • Researching industries, companies and senior individuals across global markets
  • Mapping talent and building a clear picture of who the key players are
  • Speaking directly with senior professionals and building long-term relationships
  • Supporting live search projects and delivering high-quality client work
  • Learning how to influence hiring decisions at a senior level


This role is about understanding people, markets and how businesses grow. That is why it is highly valued long term.

  • Fluent or native in French, German, Spanish, Italian or Arabic
  • Strong academics, ideally a 2:1 or above
