Graduate Associate (Executive Search) with Languages

What you will be doing
- Researching industries, companies and senior individuals across global markets
- Mapping talent and building a clear picture of who the key players are
- Speaking directly with senior professionals and building long-term relationships
- Supporting live search projects and delivering high-quality client work
- Learning how to influence hiring decisions at a senior level
This role is about understanding people, markets and how businesses grow. That is why it is highly valued long term.
Who this suits
- Fluent or native in French, German, Spanish, Italian or Arabic
- Strong academics, ideally a 2:1 or above
