Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Kitchen Team Member & Barista role based in the London Area, United Kingdom. The role involves preparing ingredients, cooking and assembling menu items, and maintaining high standards of food and drink quality. The team member will craft milk tea and fruit tea beverages, operate equipment, and follow hygiene and safety procedures. Daily tasks include serving guests at the counter, taking orders, handling payments, and responding to questions about the menu. The role also includes restocking supplies, cleaning workstations, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth and efficient service during busy periods.

Work visa sponsorship is available for this position after passing probation.

• Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and attention to quality in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of hygiene, food safety standards, and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Effective communication skills and a courteous, customer-focused approach to service.
• Ability to deliver consistent customer service, handle orders efficiently, and resolve guest concerns professionally.
• Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or barista role is beneficial.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks such as lifting and carrying supplies.
• Willingness to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
• Basic numeracy and reliability in handling payments and till operations.
