What You Will Do

• Embed directly with customers to translate complex, messy real-world processes into intuitive, high-performance software systems.
• Own the full product lifecycle from day one, including customer calls, writing specifications, and shipping production-grade features.
• Design and integrate AI-powered agents and model-backed APIs into critical workflows for aerospace, healthcare, and energy sectors.
  
  

The ideal candidate

• Professional experience building production-grade UI with React/TypeScript and backend services in Python.
• Proven track record of integrating LLMs or AI agents into real-world products where requirements are evolving and unclear.
• Background in high-stakes environments such as founder fellowships (YC, EF, Antler) or experience as a solutions engineer at Palantir or Scale AI.
