経営層と連携しながら、財務戦略の立案からレポーティング、予算管理、内部統制まで幅広く担当いただくシニアポジションです。
現地社員の方々や海外複数拠点のマネジメントも行うポジションとなっており、これまでのご経験を活かして幅広い業務に携わりたい方に適したポジションです。

【主な業務内容】
・月次・四半期・年次財務諸表の作成および報告
・予実分析、KPIレポート、経営向けコメントを含む管理会計資料の作成
・年間予算策定および定期的な予測業務のリード
・海外拠点（オランダ、アメリカ、フランス）のレポートチェック
・キャッシュフロー計画、予測および管理
・内部統制および財務プロセスの構築・運用・改善
・年次監査対応および外部監査人との連携
・VAT、法人税等を含む法令・規制対応
・法定決算書類の作成および提出管理
・経理チームのマネジメントおよび育成
・社内外ステークホルダーとの関係構築
・経営判断を支援する財務分析および各種レポーティング
【応募要件】
・Financial Controller、Senior Finance Manager等のシニア財務職経験（5年以上尚可）
・複数名のマネジメント経験
・海外拠点を跨ぐ税・財務に関わる業務経験
・IFRSまたはUK GAAPを含む高度な会計知識
・財務報告、予算策定、予測管理、キャッシュフロー管理の実務経験
・会計ソフトウェア（Sage、Xero、SAP、Oracle等）の操作スキル
・複数の優先事項を管理し、タイトな期限内で業務を遂行できる高い組織力
（歓迎）
・ACA、ACCA、CIMAまたは同等の会計資格保有者
・ERPシステム導入または運用経験
・高成長企業またはSME（中小企業）での勤務経験
