Overview

We are looking for an S/4HANA Change Manager to support a major SAP transformation programme with a confidential end client.

This role will focus on ensuring the business is prepared for and able to successfully adopt new processes and systems as part of the S/4HANA implementation.

You’ll work across multiple workstreams, supporting stakeholders through the transition and helping embed change across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of change management activities across the S/4HANA programme
• Work with stakeholders to understand and manage business impacts of system changes
• Assist in developing and delivering communications and engagement plans
• Support training coordination and end-user readiness activities
• Help identify risks and resistance to change, escalating where needed
• Collaborate with project teams, SMEs, and business leads
• Track adoption and readiness metrics
• Contribute to overall business change and transformation efforts

Key Skills & Experience

• Experience working on SAP S/4HANA or large ERP transformation programmes
• Background in Change Management, Business Change, or Transformation
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to work in a structured programme environment
• Familiarity with change frameworks (e.g. Prosci / ADKAR) is beneficial but not essential
• Comfortable working in evolving or less-defined environments

Clearance Requirements

• Active SC Clearance preferred
• Candidates must be eligible for SC Clearance if not currently cleared
• Clearance sponsorship can be supported
