A role where no two days feel the same
Life on board is fast-moving, social and full of variety. One day you could be helping a guest find their perfect fragrance; the next, hosting a beauty event or supporting a makeover that transforms someone’s evening.
You’ll use your product knowledge and natural confidence with people to create a warm, personalised experience, understanding what each customer needs and bringing our brands to life in an engaging and authentic way.

You know how to build rapport quickly, start conversations with ease, and guide customers towards the right purchase in a way that feels natural and personalised.
We’re looking for someone who is motivated to keep learning and developing. You don’t need to know every brand inside out but you should be curious, open to feedback, and willing to step outside your comfort zone. That could be demonstrating products, supporting in-store events, or speaking to small groups.
