The Role
As an A320 Captain, you will hold ultimate responsibility for the safe, secure, and efficient operation of each flight while leading the flight deck and cabin crew to the highest operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the safety and security of passengers, crew, cargo, and aircraft at all times
- Exercise full command of aircraft operations from departure through shutdown
- Lead and support flight and cabin crew using effective Crew Resource Management (CRM) principles
- Deliver operational efficiency while adhering to fuel and sustainability targets
- Maintain high standards of professionalism, safety, and on-time performance
- Operate in accordance with international aviation regulations and company procedures
Requirements
- Minimum 5,500 total flying hours
- Minimum 2,500 PIC hours on multi-crew glass cockpit aircraft
- Minimum 1,500 PIC hours on the A320 Family
- Current A320 rating with recent operational experience within the last 12 months
- Valid ICAO ATPL
- Current unrestricted Class 1 Medical
- ICAO English Level 4 or higher
- TRI/TRE experience advantageous
