Accounts & Business Advisory Senior Manager - Regional Accounting Practice - part of Global Network
Base Salary: Up to £85k base plus Incentive Bonus of up to £20k (Market Leading) - over £100k Package
Location: Buckinghamshire
Clear 18 month year path to Director (Up to £125k base plus bonus) and 2-3 year Partner (£150k base plus bonus) - Promote anytime with double promotions possible.

We are hiring a great new role for a rapidly growing Mid-Tier practice that now has global links by being part of a major Global Practice and network that is introducing them to significant national and multinational clients in their established offices in the Buckinghamshire area
They are looking for a significant Accounts individual who has a mixed background in working on Accounts Preparation/Tax work in Practice to join them in a role where you could well be fast tracked to be a leader in one of the fastest growing accounting firms in the UK.
You will be ACA/ACCA Qualified (or overseas equivalent) and either an experienced 2nd year plus Manager with an Accounts background looking for a step up or a Manager who has demonstrable experience in Account Preparation and knowledge of General Tax with OMB and SME clients form any corporate sector.
Your experience can be from any size of UK Practice whether small independent, Mid-Tier, or Top 10 in an Accounts (Mixed) role.
My client is happy to consider a relocation as well as a candidate based in the Bucks or Beds area.
This is a rapidly growing practice clear 3–4-year path to Director (Up to £125k plus bonus) and Partner (£150k base plus.
