仕事内容( Job Description )
アカウントマネージャーとして、担当クライアントアカウントの中心的な窓口となり、高品質なサービス提供とビジネス成長の推進を担っていただきます。主な業務内容は以下の通りです:
- 担当アカウントに関するあらゆる事項の主要窓口として対応
- 顧客活動の管理および全体の進行管理
- 売上目標および予算の達成
- 新規リードの創出および担当アカウント内での売上拡大
- 強固で長期的な顧客関係の構築・維持
- 顧客満足度、期待値、ニーズや将来計画の把握および報告
- グローバルグループ内でのネットワーキングを通じ、新規および既存ビジネスソリューションを推進
- クライアントの要件を理解し、スケール可能でオーダーメイドの提案・ソリューション作成を支援
- IT 業界での営業経験: 1 〜 10 年
- IT コンサルティング経験(あれば尚可)
- ビジネスレベルの英語・日本語力
- 高い論理的思考力・問題解決能力
- 優れたコミュニケーション能力
- 欧州域内への出張対応が可能な方
