You will contribute to products that make a real difference in classrooms during a time of significant change and challenge in education.

About The Role

As Product Manager, you will lead and implement product strategies across a portfolio, delivering high-quality print and digital resources that engage and inspire teachers and students in international markets.

You will champion deep customer understanding, using research and insight to shape a pipeline of competitive, curriculum-aligned products and services that meet the evolving needs of international education.

You will act as the lead advocate for key products, working collaboratively with internal teams across Products & Services, Global Marketing, and our International Network, as well as externally with teachers, consultants, and authors. The role requires strong commercial awareness and a genuine commitment to improving teaching outcomes and professional practice.

Additional responsibilities and accountabilities include:

  • Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver successful product launches
  • Ensuring products remain competitive, profitable, and aligned to curriculum needs

This position has been classified as a hybrid role, requiring the selected candidate to typically spend 40–60% of their time collaborating and connecting face-to-face at their dedicated location. Flexible working arrangements are available from day one, including adjustments for disabilities or long-term health conditions.

  • A collaborative and adaptable approach, with a willingness to challenge and improve ways of working
