If You
- are a General Practitioner registered with the GMC, on the GP Specialty Register and on the NHS Performers List with post CCT experience in Primary or Urgent Care

- are organised and have a proactive approach to clinical and operational responsibilities

- a portfolio role which may comprise clinical roles/responsibilities both inside and outside the company, and/or multi-modality working within the company across multiple services
- Salary up to £110,000 per annum (full and part-time options available)
- 15-minute appointments

What You’ll Work On
- A mix of telephone, face to face and home visit appointments
- Understand the patient population to be able to provide high quality care to patients
- Undertake both planned and urgent primary care as required
- Provide patient focussed, evidence-based practice to a high standard
- Supporting the wider MDT to ensure patients with long term and/or complex health conditions are cared for at the right time, by the right clinician

- £92,000 - £110,000 annual FTE (40), dependent on experience

- NHS Pension with 20.6% Employer Contribution
- 30 days plus Bank Holidays (pro-rata for part-time, less than 40 hours per week)
