Job Description

The Role

This is a researcher-builder position. You will apply investment research expertise to develop and maintain systematic, technology-enabled research tools — dashboards, analytical frameworks, and repeatable research workflows used across the platform.

This is not a role for producing written investment research. The output is the tool, not the report.


What You Will Do

  • Conduct hands-on investment research (equities and/or private markets) as the domain foundation for tool development
  • Build and contribute to analytical tools, systematic workflows, and structured research outputs
  • Apply AI, ML, or LLM-based techniques within a research context
  • Work alongside engineering and product-adjacent teams in a cross-functional environment


What We Are Looking For

  • 2–4 years of hands-on investment research experience — equities, private markets, or both
  • Demonstrated ability to build: models, analytical frameworks, systematic workflows
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, or equivalent quantitative tooling
  • Exposure to AI/ML or LLMs applied in a research or analytical context (preferred)
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field from a recognised institution
