Ink Technician (Flexographic Printing)
📍 Northern Ireland | Open to Skilled Worker Visa holders currently working in the UK
We’re looking for an experienced Ink Technician to join our growing flexographic print team. This role is essential in ensuring colour accuracy, smooth press operations, and high-quality output for every job that runs through our facility.
What you’ll be doing
✔️Preparing and supplying inks to support daily press operations
✔️Maintaining colour consistency across repeat and new print jobs
✔️Managing ink stocks and documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
✔️Ensuring safe handling, storage, and disposal of inks and related waste
✔️Keeping a clean, safe, and organised workspace
✔️Collaborating closely with press operators and prepress teams to support efficient production
Who we’re looking for
🌟Experience in flexographic printing or a similar print environment
🌟Strong understanding of ink systems, colour matching, and viscosity control
🌟A proactive, organised, and quality‑driven mindset
🌟Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment
