The Role

As the NSW Branch Manager for Aged Care, you will oversee three critical business lines: Travel Nursing, Permanent Recruitment, and Shift Filling.

  • Lead & Coach: Manage 3 direct reports locally, with dotted-line to our offshore support teams to maximise your team’s efficiency.
  • Drive Growth: This is a "Player-Coach" role. You’ll lead by example with your own billing desk while driving the strategic sales plan for the state.
  • Innovate: Utilise world-class recruitment tech and digital tools to dominate the Australian Aged Care market.


About You

You understand that Healthcare recruitment is a specialised craft. To thrive in the Australian market, you’ll need:

  • Proven Healthcare Experience: Essential background in Aged Care, Disability, or broader Health recruitment (UK/Ireland experience is highly transferable).
  • Leadership DNA: You are an experienced Manager or a Senior Team Leader ready to step into a Branch Manager title.
  • Sales Hunger: You still love the "win" of a placement and thrive in a hands-on, high-activity billing environment.
  • Presence: You value face-to-face coaching and building a collaborative, winning team culture.
