Job Description
Seeking an associate dentist to join a well-supported practice in Dover, Kent, with an ASAP start. The role offers UDA rates of £10-£12, with 50/50 lab work and 40/60 private income splits. Flexible full-time or part-time positions available.
Benefits include Tier 2 visa sponsorship with no fees or tie-in periods, no mentor fees, and access to a network of practices for shared knowledge. The practice features digital radiographs, EXACT software, rotary endodontics, and full clinical freedom.
Additional support includes in-house specialists in endodontics, oral surgery, and implants to handle complex cases, as well as two sedation centres for private and NHS sedation referrals. Clinical support is available from Clinical Directors via one-to-one or peer review sessions.
