Job Description
We are seeking an associate dentist to join our practice in Dover, Kent, with an ASAP start. The role offers UDA rates of £10–£12, with 50/50 labs and 40/60 private split. Flexible full-time or part-time hours are available, and we can provide Tier 2 sponsorship visas at no cost or tie-in period, with no mentor fees.
The practice is fully computerized with EXACT, digital radiographs, full clinical freedom, and rotary endodontics. We offer strong support through mentors and Clinical Directors, along with access to a network of practices for collaborative knowledge sharing. In-house specialists in endodontics, minor oral surgery, and implants help manage complex cases and reduce external referrals.
Additional benefits include two Sedation Centres for private and NHS sedation referrals and potential career progression, free on-site parking, and a location close to shops and town centre amenities. We welcome part-time roles and flexible hours to accommodate family and school commitments. The position is full-time and permanent, with a salary range of £57,543–£127,843 annually.
