Candidates are required to have a degree in a relevant discipline and Qualified Teacher Status, with primary classroom teaching experience. A Master's degree is desirable but not essential, along with experience as a subject lead in Art in a primary setting.

21.6 hours per week (0.6 FTE), Permanent contract.

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Candidates must be able to demonstrate their eligibility to work in the UK in accordance with the Immigration, Asylum and Nationality Act 2006. - To undertake teaching and assessment on a range of primary education modules
- To lead on teaching art within the primary education curricular
- To support students as their personal tutor
- To participate in the supervision and marking of student research projects
- To support students undertaking their school experience in the role of link tutor
- To contribute to recruitment of primary education courses
- To lead CPD and short courses as requested.
- A degree in a relevant discipline. A Masters degree is desireable but not essential.
