🚨 Senior Data Engineer | Investment Firm | London 🚨
OB are currently partnered with a London-based investment firm looking to hire a Senior Data Engineer into their growing R&D function.
This is a high-impact role working directly with the Head of R&D, taking full ownership of the company’s Data Platform — the core system driving business-wide insights and decision making.
You’ll be responsible for:
• Owning end-to-end data platform architecture
• Setting engineering best practices and standards
• Scaling and optimising the existing platform
• Introducing new tools and technologies across the stack
• Working closely with senior stakeholders across the business
Key requirements:
✔ 5+ years commercial experience
✔ Strong STEM / Computer Science background
✔ Strong Python & SQL skills
✔ Snowflake
✔ DBT
✔ Airflow
💰 Up to £100k base + significant guaranteed bonus
📍 Central London — 5 days onsite
🇬🇧 Must be UK-based (visa sponsorship available for exceptional candidates)
