Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in SAP module support is required, along with basic financial and accounting knowledge. Fluency in Japanese is essential, and English proficiency is also necessary for communication.

業務内容
SAP導入済みのお客様(在英日系法人がメイン)に対する2ndラインサポートの提供
具体的には、顧客の機能追加要望等があった際に、顧客の本社IT部門との間に立って、コミュニケーションブリッジの役割を担っていただきます。
顧客要件を定義し、正確に開発部門に伝え、またシステム仕様を正しくユーザーに説明し、場合によってはユーザートレーニング迄になっていただきます。
サポート対象モジュール：FI、CO、MM、SD (いずれかの分野に強みのある方）
必要なスキル
- SAPモジュールのサポート経験、最低5年以上～
- ステークホルダーマネジメント：顧客に寄り添いつつ本社IT部門側の制約等も踏まえ、問題解決を進められる方
- 最低限の財務・会計知識
語学
- 日本語能力必須(顧客の本社側メンバーとシステム要件について日本語で会話できるレベル）
- 英語力(読み書き必須、会話については、流ちょうではなくても、コミュニケーションが可能で、今後勉強する意欲があり、VISA要件のB2以上を取得可能な方)

- SAP Associate/Professional資格
